Elinor Rosales is a community engagement leader with more than a decade of public-sector experience designing outreach, educational conferences, large-scale events, and public meetings, always with stakeholders at the center.
The story
Public trust, practiced daily
Currently Contract Manager IV at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Elinor directs contract and grant activity for a new, highly visible public program. Before that, she led statewide educational conferences and K–12 outreach for the Texas Department of Agriculture, and spent years producing TCEQ’s flagship environmental education events.
She knows how to brief executives, brief the public, and keep vendors, volunteers, and subject-matter experts moving in the same direction. That combination of operations rigor and people-facing presence is what she brings to museum and high-level nonprofit leadership.
